All Plegium products are carefully developed, manufactured and tested in our own factory in Sweden.

if the person who added you activates their Plegium device and it is connected to the app, you will get an instant automatic phone call from +1 (312) 626-5076. The automatic voice message will state the name of the person in question and inform you that you have received a text message with a link to a map sharing their current location.

In parallel you will receive a text message from +1 (478) 288-8999 with a link to a map showing their location. Depending on the user’s subscription plan, the link will either direct to Google Maps or, to a Plegium Dashboard where you will also be able to listen to a live audio stream and see the status of other emergency contacts.

We highly recommend that you add these numbers to you contact lists and name them “Plegium Emergency Alert” or similar:

We recommend that the first thing you do is click the link in the text message to see where the person in need is located.

If you are linked to Google Maps, we recommend that you call 911 and inform them that the person has triggered a safety alarm and share their location as well as phone number. From there, follow the instructions you get from the 911 operator.

If you are instead linked to the Plegium Dashboard, it means that a professional monitoring service has already been alerted and that they have also received both location and live audio stream. The monitoring service will dispatch police and/or other emergency personnel.

If you are not sure whether or not you are being directed to Google Maps or the Plegium Dashboard, we recommend that you alert 911.
